Convenience.
Allows pets in rooms.
I liked the size of the room, and that it had fridge, micro, coffee pot, and iron/board. My only complaint was that you could hear too much noise between rooms (talking, doors opening, things being plugged in). Oh, and instead of fixing a leaking toilet, they just put a towel under it. The location from gulf shores made our trip to the beach affordable and convenient.

Overpriced, faulty electrical outlet would not work, tub drained extremely slow, outdated mattresses.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not only was it overpriced, the room smelled moldy, mildews. The tub was slow to drain, the outlet for the hair dryer and coffee maker had a short.
